Craft Creative was co-founded by Becky Christian and Camilla Halstead in 2011 by combining their love of social events and enthusiasm for all things crafty to create an alternative social experience with a creative twist.

The idea of Craft Creative is to move away from the traditional craft workshop vibe, in which the focus is solely on making crafts and combine this with live music and a quirky venue, to create a relaxed, social experience and a platform to learn new skills with a modern twist.
By keeping an eye on the latest fashion trends the pair make sure each event has a modern contemporary edge, creating unique on-trend items and must-have accessories.

Craft Creative’s workshops were launched in Feburary 2011 in Liverpool City Centre with a monthly workshop held at Leaf tea shop on Liverpool’s Bold Street. Since the launch Craft Creative has been a huge success resulting in some major corporate bookings, festivals and an array of private events, making Craft Creative an established addition to the cities creative hub plus being awarded the Big Leap Entrepreneurship Competition winners 2011.
In 2012 Craft Creative launched its services in Glasgow, Scotland, promoting the social, stylish side of crafting to the cities ever popular art scene. Craft Creatives’s private events including hen parties, birthday parties and corporate events are all hosted in the vintage inspired Tea Rooms above the Butterfly and The Pig on Glasgow’s Bath Street. The monthly workshops will be launched later in the year.
